Joining the KOP “Sponsor a Child” program will truly make a difference in the life of a child!

Twenty nine children are presently enrolled in boarding schools in and around Nairobi. Eight of them attend primary school and twenty one are in high school. Boarding schools provide quality education sanctioned by the Kenyan government. In addition to a full class load, the children participate in scheduled sports activities and team competition. They have regular field trips. They learn how to budget with their “pocket money” and are better prepared to face their adult life.

Your financial support will provide room and board, personal and medical care, uniforms, tuition, fees and enrichment materials. It costs an average of $1,500 per year to enroll a child in a boarding school.

KOP offers different levels of contribution. All moneys contributed to the “Sponsor a Child” program are fully restricted to children’s education.
