2ND ANNUAL DINNER AND SILENT AUCTION
By January 2008, there will be 9 children who will become JCC’s first high school students. See their pictures at the bottom of this page. JCC currently has classrooms for grades Pre-K through 8th grade, but no high school facilities. That is going to change as together we will raise the roof of our new high school.
All funds raised from the 2nd Annual Silent Auction and Dinner will be used to build 4 high school classrooms, one science lab, one computer lab, and to provide all the necessary equipments and supplies.
The cost to build 4 classrooms and two labs, approximately 800 sq. ft. each, is $96,000 for basic construction. Finishing such as plastering and painting will be done later. Equipment and supplies will be purchased as money allows.
The Silent Auction and Dinner was on September 23, 2007 at Liu Liu’s, in Baxter Village, Fort Mill, SC. This fundraiser was a huge success with over 130 guests who attended and over 100 incredible items that were donated. We would like to thank everyone who was a part of this event and helped make it possible! Please see the list of companies below who donated to the auction.
KOP still needs donations for the high school. If you would like to make a donation to help build JCC's first high school, please mail a check or click on the button below.
Please mail your check to: KOP P.O. Box 5234 Lake Wylie, SC 29710
